In purchase of this ticket the following indemnity is agreed upon:

INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

Between:

Vendor and Start—ups Market Schaapkraal

For the purpose of:

The Vendor participating in the market day, to be held on 24/05/2025 and 25/05/2026 or any date that this event may be deferred at Schaapkraal 1177 7th avenue. Cape Town

Consideration:

The Vendor agrees to participate in the market day in exchange for the rights granted by the Organizer to operate a stall. 

Indemnity Clause:

1. 1. Liability:
   The Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to:
   • Any injury or deaths to persons or damage to property occurring at the market day stall or in connection with the Vendor’s activities at the market.
   • Any violation by the Vendor of any applicable laws, regulations, or rules of the market.
   • Any negligence or willful misconduct of the Vendor, its employees, or agents.
   • Any breach of contract by the Vendor with respect to its participation in the market day.

2. Scope of Indemnity:
This indemnity shall cover any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to the Vendor’s participation in the market day, whether the claims arise from acts or omissions of the Vendor, its employees, or agents, or from the negligence or willful misconduct of others
